Dedicated Telephone Interviewing

Matrinex Polls maintains a Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system at our office complex.  However, in view of cost and other logistics constraints, this service is only used upon special request by our esteemed clients.  In fairness to our clients, we agree that telephone interviews yield faster and more accurate results but the same results can be obtained for a fraction of the cost if we used internet or mail surveys.
The following are some of the advantages of telephone interviewing:

• Eliminates the chances of an interviewer skipping some of the relevant questions;
• Keeps track of all or any of the calls made during the survey;
• Provides extensive documentation of the number of attempts, the results of calls and final case disposition;
• Full time supervision and monitoring
• Verbatim recording of all open-ended responses as expressed by respondents.
