Politics – issues and campaigns – are the raison d’être for Matrinex Polls.   At Matrinex.com we believe that there must be a better way of playing politics.  The present situation where there is little or no room for citizen participation is unacceptable.  Democratic norms expect that the wishes of the people on behalf of whom the elected officials hold power in trust, must be respected and remain paramount.  Unfortunately, here in Nigeria, and in deed most of Africa, once an elected or appointed officer takes the oath of office, he makes himself inaccessible until he comes knocking for votes may be four years down the road.
In an effort to create room for wider citizen participation, Matrinex Polls provides avenues for citizens to air their views by way of polls, surveys, market research etc. In general terms our clients remain the entire Nigerian citizenry but specifically we also work and package campaign strategies for clients who are trying to achieve a specific end at the ballot box.  Our clientele includes individuals right from the grassroots to the top of the political ladder.
Matrinex Polls assists politicians package public relations and image laundering campaigns that are capable of influencing public opinion without making it so obvious.  Surveys and polls specifically targeted are part of our public relations menu.
Our services also include the grading and rating of elected and/or appointed officials at all levels of governance.  Results usually published in National dailies and the electronic media are usually also published in PDF and can be downloaded free from Matrinex Polls.
